About Us

John M. Reynolds Event Planning, LLC leaves no detail unattended in planning all aspects of corporate, non-profit and private events including event budgets, logistics and operations. Reynolds has an art and design education and serves on the Executive Committee for The Costume Textile Society of the Wadsworth Atheneum, Chariots of Hope Board of Directors and the Prevent Blindness Tristate Organization Board of Directors as well as the 50th anniversary committee for FAVARH. John will utilize his experiences to execute full scale events from intimate private parties to large scale black tie formals in Connecticut. John’s meticulous attention to detail and imaginative thinking make events smashing regardless of the budget or size.

Biography

John Reynolds is a lifelong Hartford county native who has always had an eye for the arts and a passion for bringing events of all scale to life. John has an educational background in the arts and especially enjoys painting as well as costume and fashion design. John has planned numerous private events from weddings to corporate black tie formals. In his spare time, John enjoys volunteering on behalf of local organizations and championing the causes dear to his heart. Beyond volunteering for these organizations, he has collaborated with boards of directors on various non-profit fundraisers.
